
Lady Gaga is an American singer, songwriter, actress and musician with a net value of $320million. Lady Gaga is also known as Stefani Angelina Germanotta. She began her career in the world of burlesque and musical theatre in New York's East Village. After struggling for several years and then finally becoming huge in 2005 when she released her first album and composed songs for Fergie, Britney Spears and the Pussycat dolls. The first album, "The Fame", was not exactly success, but just only five months after the album's release, the first single from the album, "Just Dance", was played everywhere. The relentless tour she had been on in Europe as well as smaller clubs across the US was paying off and by the end of 2009, several songs from the album were routine fixtures on the radio and she received numerous Grammy nominations and two Grammy Awards, for all of her perseverance and hard work. She continues to make excellent music and was the subject of headlines since then. A vocal social activist and natural exhibitionist her appearances at awards shows always receive the attention of their own.
